Yes, we ship globally.

Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in China.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We work fast! If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After that, the order may already be processed and shipped. Once it arrives, you can return it for a full refund.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX) and PayPal.

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, typically within 1–3 business days. Shipping happens the day after processing. Delays may occur during holidays or high-volume periods.

How long does shipping take?
Due to high demand, please allow 3-7 business days for delivery.

What if I don't receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, you’re eligible for a full refund.

Will I be charged customs or taxes?
Prices on our site are tax-free in USD. Depending on your country, import duties and taxes may apply. These are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility. Unfortunately, we can’t control customs delays or fees.

How do I return an item?
Just email us at support@frostiqs.com with your order number, and we’ll guide you through it.

What if I receive a defective or wrong item?
If anything arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact us with your order number, a photo of the item, and any other details. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are sent to your original payment method. Credit/debit card refunds typically take 7–10 business days. If you haven’t seen it yet, check with your card issuer — it might take a little time to appear.
